  • Self-Inflicted Injuries: No coverage for self-harm injuries.
  • Recent Medical Events: Excludes diseases, surgeries, or medical events (except accidents) occurring within 30 days of the policy start date.
  • Substance Misuse: Expenses related to the use, misuse, or abuse of alcohol or drugs are not covered.
  • Pregnancy and Childbirth: Treatment arising from or related to pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, abortion, and their consequences are excluded.
  • Infertility Treatments: Tests and treatments for infertility and in vitro fertilization are not covered.
  • Cosmetic Treatments: Cosmetic or aesthetic treatments that are not deemed medically necessary are excluded.
  • War and Civil Unrest: Hospitalization due to war, riot, strike, or nuclear weapons is not covered.

Claim Process Of Care Health

More than 22,900 healthcare establishments offer cashless treatments through Care Health Insurance. Notification of planned procedures at non-network hospitals must reach Care Health Insurance 48 hours in advance, or within 48 hours of the patient being admitted to the hospital in the case of an emergency. Notably, authorization for cashless care at non-network hospitals is contingent upon meeting the requirements outlined in your Care Health Insurance policy as well as the hospital's agreements.
